Volunteer Requirements

You must:

  • Be age 18 and over
  • Agree to follow a supervised 21-day training program with moderate exercise for 60 minutes 2-3 times per week
  • Take a supervised fitness profile at the start and at the end of the 21-day program
  • Not be exercising regularly
  • Not be a current Equalize Fitness member or promotional participant in the past 6 months
